COVID-19 Update

We are still open and shipping (with some delays)!

In this turbulent time, we are increasing our efforts to support our band and crew by making sure we can continue providing merch to our loyal fans. This means that we are keeping our doors open for as long we can safely do so, so that your orders are still getting to you!

However, to create a safe environment for our fulfillment team, we've implemented a few new procedures:

  • We are following community social distancing guidelines in our warehouses by minimizing the number of staff we have on site at one time.
  • Additional hygiene precautions are being enforced, including regular hand washing breaks and requiring all employees to wear face coverings and gloves while on site.
  • Any employees who are not directly involved in fulfilling orders are working from home.

With the new safety procedures we've enacted, order fulfillment and shipping may be delayed
